Researches are vital to almost every aspect of life. It provides knowledge and most probably answers every problem. The absence of research could be the absence of learning and that means, living in a world with no Science, Medicine, Business, Technology and so on. The works of Maryland Institute of Research and several other institutions affect the society in deeper way than on could ever imagine.

Indeed, the importance and significance of researches is incomprehensible. Fortunately, man has always been very curious on things and that lead one to learn things, up until college and actually as long as one lives. Major types of researches include independent, educational and governmental ones. Governmental researches are mostly massive ones and are funded by the government. Educational researches are those that are conducted in Universities and could mostly happen when obtaining perhaps doctorate degrees.

More so, researches are important as it gives a sturdy direction on how to deal with a particular problem. There are several types of researches, this includes governmental, educational or institutional and independent ones. Independent researches are those created by companies, organization or market agency.

Common areas and types that independent organizations study includes, poverty, living standards and inequality, income support supplies, survey research, benchmarking for regional economies, demographic analysis, impact analysis, cross national social policy, economic feasibility study and evaluation of policy interventions.

It is not uncommon for reputable research organizations to conduct mentoring programs through training programs and workshops particularly to the new researchers. Most often than not, basic training programs include short or long courses about methodologies, ethics, questionnaire design, application and data interpretation, advanced Stata, survey methodology, logistic and linear regression model as well as advanced statistical methods.

Although these programs comes with a price, most of which are actually offered modestly. Prices vary on the program you wish to take. Programs can run from a month to three months, short programs are offered with a $150 dollar fee while longer ones may cost up to $300. Programs will be conducted by no other than the remarkable professors from reputed universities, as well as the researchers of the organization. Periodic seminars and conferences are also conducted. During conferences, different researches will be presented.
