After a test period, The Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MSCAA) program was established with the purpose of providing appropriate military spouse education benefits. Improving qualifications is intended to improve job availability and prospects worldwide.
As such, the training must provide qualifications which are in demand all over the the world. There is a list of approved schools available online. Qualifications included in the program include degrees and a full range of the various professional qualifications.
